RFP 21877 - Jervis and Agamemnon Vegetation Clearing

Mandatory Virtual Meeting via Microsoft Teams Date/Time: February 21, 2025, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Vancouver Time (PST)

Pre-register for the Informational Meeting by emailing the Contact Person (contact information above) at least two working days prior to the Informational Meeting date. Include the name, title, employer, email and contact number of each attendee. Upon registration Proponents will be provided with the information necessary for participation in the Informational Meeting. At BC Hydro’s discretion, the Informational Meeting may be cancelled if no pre-registration is received.

A mandatory informational meeting is being held by BC Hydro. Attendance at the mandatory information meeting is required, and Proposals from Proponents who have not attended will not be considered.

Pre-registration is required to attend the mandatory informational meeting. Refer to the informational meeting detail attached to this RFP.

This RFP is for a contract that generally includes vegetation clearing work including supply of labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete work at the four BC Hydro transmission tower locations Jervis North, Jervis South, Agamemnon North, and Agamemnon South.
