Description

This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for Range Road 223A and Township Road 553A (Boysdale Road) Reconstruction, as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”). Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following: • Grading • Granular base course • Cold milling • Asphalt concrete pavement • Culvert work • Permanent signing • Line painting and pavement messages • Seeding
