Description

The City of Trail is seeking tender responses from qualified and experienced Contractors for the hazardous and regulated materials abatement and demolition of the old Trail Mercantile building located at 900 Spokane Street., in downtown Trail, B.C.

Interested bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit at 900 Spokane Street on March 10, 2025 at 10:00AM (PST). Interested bidders who are unable to attend the pre-bid site visit will be unable to bid on this tender.
