Description

The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-017-25, Evergreen Place Utility and Drainage Upgrades Construction.

The scope of the works involves the following:

•   Supply and installation of the following utilities along Evergreen Place:
o   400 m of 900 to 1050 mm dia. storm pipe,
o   430 m of 150 to 300 mm dia. watermain,
o   90 m of 200 mm dia. sanitary pipe,
•   Installation of various owner supplied storm and sanitary manholes;
•   Removal and disposal of existing wood-stave flume and concrete storm pipe;
•   New storm tie in to existing headwall at Thain Creek;
•   Boulevard restoration;
•   Shrub and tree preservation;
•   Gravel pathway restoration.
