The City of North Vancouver inviting responses to this Request for Information for a modern Permitting and Licensing System that supports the CNV's Development Approval Process (DAP). CNV is seeking a solution that provides seamless digital services for land use approvals, permitting, and licensing while enhancing the customer experience.
