MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS:
We request that you give us advance notice when you need the vehicles moved in the parking lot for any reason (cleaning, sweeping, etc.) We will make every attempt to move as many vehicles as possible. It has been our experience that this generally works best if your operator contacts the Sergeant on Duty at 847-6300 approximately 30 minutes before they arrive so that we can begin moving police and staff vehicles.
The service provider is to take care to mow around the gutter spouts - should they come off, the service provider is to reattach them. Any damage or loss of gutter spouts will be the responsibility of the service provider.
The service provider is to ensure the mower beds do not rub or drag along the sides of the building. Any damage resulting from same is the responsibility of the service provider.
The service provider is not to direct blowing of grass clippings, etc. towards the building or vehicles - any damage to either will be the direct responsibility of the service provider.
The service provider is liable and responsible for all damage done to the building, outbuildings, vehicles (whether force owned or employee owned), etc. on the premises and agrees to repair any damage to the satisfaction of the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force.
NOTE: Lowest tender not necessarily accepted.
