The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for a qualified engineering consultant to review and assess the operation of water Supply Main No. 3 and to provide short-term improvements and long-term recommendations to maintain and ultimately improve upon water storage to adequately service the City of Victoria, District of Saanich, and District of Oak Bay.
