E-COMM’s purpose in issuing this Request for Qualification (“RFQ ”) is to obtain information on qualified contractors, their services and pricing, with the intention of establishing a list of two (2) pre-qualified contractors (“Qualified Contractors”) to provide general construction services for E-COMM’s Radio Sites.
