Description

Northern Lakes College invites qualified firms to submit a proposal for the provision of Construction Management services in an IPD methodology, for the NLC High Prairie Campus Residence project in High Prairie, Alberta. The scope of work includes: • Preconstruction services • Bidding Services • Construction services The college is proposing to build a modular residence. This work consists of construction managing the preparation work for accepting the modular buildings and the post delivery commissioning work after the modulars are delivered.
