Description

The Municipality of Jasper (the MoJ) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (the Proponent) to provide a rapid implementation ePermitting system to be used to meet the needs of rebuilding the Jasper townsite after the 2024 wildfires. The Proponent must meet the requirements outlined in the attached document. 2 PURPOSE: To acquire a simple, ‘off the shelf’ ePermitting System in the target timeline, with the right capacities and ability for future customization to: • streamline and modernize the development review and approval process, • create a simple way for residents to interact with staff reviewing and approving development applications, • be responsive to the need for timely permit processing, • support clear and effective communication between reviewers and circulating agencies, and • meet evolving needs within the budget limit to facilitate the ongoing rebuild of Jasper.
