Description

The Town of Banff (“the Town”) welcomes proposals for professional consulting services to conduct an organizational assessment of the Town’s organizational and reporting structure, internal and external services, functional work distribution and workload capacity, and staffing levels. The assessment will take place in 2025 and 2026 and requires the Firm to collect and analyze relevant data and provide recommendations.
