1. This is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to submission deadline that are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety in the following categories: Road Construction (C70000000) OR 2. Delivery of various pedestrian and cycling infrastructure construction. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled Operational Date is May 31, 2025
