INVITATION TO TENDER
TOWN OF SHEDIAC
BREAUX BRIDGE EXTENSION - PHASE 2
CONTRACT No. TS25-2-2601
Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to the contents, for construction of the above works which consists of complete construction of approximately 780 lineal metres of Breaux Bridge Extension and approximately 240 lineal metres of Bonaventure Street Extension. The work generally includes supply and installation of watermain, renewal of existing fire hydrants and leads, supply and installation of new storm sewer of various diameters including manholes, catch basins and laterals, supply and
installation of new sanitary sewer of various diameters including manholes and service laterals, full street construction, including granular road structure, asphalt base and seal, curb and gutter, sidewalk, multi-use trail, ditching, property restoration, and all related work, will be received until 11:00:00 a.m. (local time), Wednesday, April 16, 2025 by the Town of Shediac, 290 Main Street, Unit 300, Shediac, NB E4P 2E3.
Tender documents may only be obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (http://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca). It is the Tenderer's responsibility to download, print the tender document and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during tender period.

There will be no public tender opening following the tender closing. The preliminary assessment results will be posted on NBON under "tender results" following the tender closing. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Town of Shediac Municipal Specifications, latest edition, which can be found on the Town of Shediac website (www.shediac.ca).
A bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender.
All bidders shall submit their Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition program issued by the NBCSA or an acceptable equivalent with their tender package.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
