Description

Public Health Ontario (PHO) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Glass Vials for the purpose of microbiologic media preparation and subsequent culture of yeast/fungi and other microorganisms for identification. PHO is seeking to establish a contract with one (1) Vendor for the supply of these products. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) firm years plus three (3) one-year option terms.
