Description

Tenders will be received via email by Ray Miller – Purchasing Manager of School District No. 73 by email. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the Owner has received the email submission. Tenders must be received before 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025.

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the replacement of the cooling system at Lloyd George Elementary School, for a Stipulated Price Contract. The work for this project shall include, but not limited to:

• Replacement of the cooling system including:
o Replacement of the chiller with multi-stack type chiller,
o Replacement of the cooling tower,
o Replacement of the pumps and piping

Optional Site Visit: Tuesday, April 9 th , 2025 at 10:00 am
830 Pine Street, Kamloops, BC.
Please limit visitors to 2 people per company.
