1.1 Invitation to Respondents This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 (“the Municipality”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Winter Sand , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
