The Work to be done under this Contract will consist of the fabrication of a complete UV treatment building and all associated instrumentation and equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and process piping. Work also includes all site works for new building, including cut and fills, granular surfaces, fencing, gates, concrete pad and enclosure for flow and sample station, yard piping modifications, access roadway construction around two existing lagoons, HDPE liner supply and install in one
existing lagoon, ditching, culvert installation and property restoration within the work area, and all related works as per the tender drawings and specifications. Electronic tenders, in PDF format, will be received by email until 2:00pm, Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Lynn Miller at lynn.miller@englobecorp.com to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

Tender submission method:
Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail to geoff.flanagan@englobecorp.com and cc'ed to lynn.miller@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time.

A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Eel Ground First Nation must accompany each tender.

Tender opening method:
Tenders will be opened privately. No award will be made at the tender opening. Results will be disclosed to all Bidders promptly.
