Description

Through this Request for Proposals, the Village of Fruitvale, here after referred to as the “Owner”, invites
proposals for laneway rehabilitation including underground and surface works.

Substantial Performance for all Work (the construction and associated work which the Owner seeks to be
provided by the Proponent, as listed below) is to be achieved no later than August 31, 2025.

The Contract contemplated as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction
Documents) 2019 Unit Price Contract, together with the Form of Agreement, Supplementary General
Conditions, Supplementary Specifications, and Contract Drawings as provided in Attachment C – Contract
Documents of this RFP.

This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract
is generally for the following summary of Work:

· Replacement of 40m of 200mm Ø AC sanitary main with PVC
· Replacement of sanitary and water services
· Stormwater improvements
· Roadworks including asphalt paving
