Description

This Request for Construction Tender (the “RFC”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Williams Lake Dam Replacement, as further described in the RFC Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the Williams Lake Dam Replacement located at 2379 Purcell’s Cove Road, Halifax, NS for a Combined Unit Price and Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A non-mandatory Bidder’s Briefing and Site Examination will be provided to prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services expected of them. Meeting will be held at the following location and time: Date: April 25, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM Atlantic Time (AT) Location: 2379 Purcell’s Cove Road, Shaw Wilderness Area, HRM, NS
