Description

Under this RFA, the City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking Applications from vendors with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively supply and deliver office furniture, fixtures, equipment and related accessories (“ FF&E”), as, if and when required, and as per the requirements and specifications described in the RFA.

Term of the contract is for a maximum period of 9 years.

The RFA will be administered through the City's electronic procurement portal (the "Supplier Portal").

Applications may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
