Description

Within the Grande Prairie Forest Area, fire base are strategically located to provide housing for seasonal staff, as well as providing pre-suppression of resources (helitack, unit, and firetack crews) in a readiness position to respond to initial wildfire starts and support sustained action. To ensure no interruptions to the Province’s wildfire suppression efforts, potable water delivery are required on an “as needed” basis with no guarantees of work at the following bases: • Valleyview Fire Base – located roughly 5 km south of the Town of Valleyview NW-32-69-22-W5 Legal Land Description o 55 01.27 X 117 19.47 GPS Services will be requested using a call down list based upon the Proposal Evaluation Criteria stated in this RFP with the highest scoring Proponent in the first call position, followed by the second, and third. **Up to four (4) Contracts may be awarded**
