Description

This Request for Expression of Interest (“REOI”) is issued by Northwestern Polytechnic (“NWP”) for the purpose of identifying experienced parties interested in the provision of providing management and operational services for NWP Student Residence “Properties” located on NWP’s Grande Prairie & Fairview campuses. This is not a formal tender process or closed bidding process. NWP is seeking to test the market for potential interested parties and to receive expressions of interest which NWP may then accept or use as the basis for negotiations with one or more Respondents or inform an RFP to be issued at a later date.
