Description

The Edmonton Public Library (EPL) Financial and Facilities Services Division is seeking to implement a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to, streamline facility maintenance operations, and improve asset performance across EPL’s locations. key functionalities required include the ability to customize work order forms to meet the unique needs of a library environment, as well as seamlessly track the lifecycle and status of existing assets. This document outlines the essential requirements for the new CMMS to meet EPL’s operational goals.
