Description

The City is seeking Proponents who can supply, configure, implement, train, and support a commercial off-the-shelf Cloud/ SaaS Human Resource Service Delivery Software (HRSD). Proponents are encouraged to collaborate with 3rd parties, if required, to engage the necessary skillsets to support the configuration of the proposed system based on existing HR processes and the CPS’s technological environment, including conducting testing, and supporting deployment in order to meet the deliverables and specifications outlines throughout this document. The award will be rolled out in multiple phases as outlined below: • Phase 1 – Proof of Concept • Phase 2 – Configuration of Platform • Phase 3 – Platform Implementation and Organizational Rollout • Phase 4 - Maintenance and Support
