The Health Authorities’ epilepsy program provides diagnosis, medical management, assessment and surgical procedures to people with epilepsy. The program is looking to deliver enhanced quality patient care, address ongoing unique and changing patient needs, increase capacity in the operating room and enhance education and supplier support. The scope of this RFP includes invasive intracranial electrodes used to map areas of the brain in neurosurgery for the purpose of treating seizure disorders. The scope encompasses Depth Electrodes, Subdural Electrodes for Long Term Monitoring, and Subdural Electrodes for Intraoperative Monitoring along with all applicable instruments and accessories to facilitate implant placement and high-quality EEG monitoring. Proponents are requested to submit Proposals, specifying the respective categories as mentioned below (each a “Category” and collectively “Categories”) which they are submitting their Proposals under. PHSA reserves the right to select multiple Proponents to enter into separate contracts per category or multiple categories. PHSA may, at its discretion, select primary and secondary suppliers under each Category.
