Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Open Text Corporation for a twenty-four (24) month period commencing July 1, 2025 for the following services:

1) OpenText eDOCS Content and Records Management Maintenance, total contract value of $330,711 excluding PST and GST
