Description

The CRD requires the planning, design, and QA/QC construction services to prepare Cell 5B, 6, and related infrastructure for receiving refuse. Design and construction must be complete before September 2027 (Finish Date). Design services will include preparation of all construction documents to allow the CRD to tender, award and construct the liner, leachate containment berm, and related infrastructure to allow filling.
