Description

ICBC is seeking the latest recycled parts locator technology. The recycled parts locator solution will be used as an alternative to OEM parts to better serve ICBC's customers who have experienced material damage to their vehicle following a collision. Product support and professional services for implementation and system integration will be required, as well as capability to integrate with Mitchell Cloud Estimating system. The Managed services will include continuing technical support, marketing, and consulting services which won't be limited to supplier onboarding and continued compliance with ICBC policies as ICBC preferred supplier. Proponents will be required to provide their roadmap.
