Description

Starland County is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to complete a Wastewater Lagoon Infrastructure Assessment of six (6) facultative wastewater lagoon systems located throughout the County. The goal of the assessment is to identify infrastructure vulnerabilities, evaluate treatment performance, and develop a strategic framework to support infrastructure resiliency, particularly under the drought and flood conditions.
