Description

The City of Courtenay invites tenders for C25-054, McPhee Meadows Phase 1A. The work will include the following:

Construction of a gravel pathway at McPhee Meadows (559 3rd Street). Work will generally include:

• Resurfacing and geotechnical improvements for approximately 140m of existing pathway
• Installing approximately 395m of gravel pathway
• Installing curb, sidewalk, and asphalt
• Installing catch basins, lawn basins, and drainage culverts
• Invasive species removal (Optional)
• Riparian planting (Optional)

An optional pre-tender site meeting to be held on June 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. The meeting location will be corner of 3rd Street and Harmston Ave, Courtenay, BC
