This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Clearwater County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit non-binding proposals for a core router hardware /Software/Installation as laid out within this document, along with a highly integrated Management and Monitoring solution for the proposed hardware.
