Description

The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) hereby gives notice that it intends to direct award a 21 month contract to Imperial Parking Canada Corporation for parking services. The value of this contract is $65,503.20 including applicable taxes.

ICBC will be relocating head office staff to other facilities in approximately 2 years. To avoid potential costs and inefficiencies of changing to a new supplier (i.e. signage and equipment changes, transferring employee accounts to a new vendor and other costs), ICBC is maintaining services with Imperial Parking for this time period.

Vendors wishing to object to this decision should send an email to Sourcing@ICBC.com by June 17, 2025, 12:00 pm PT with specific reasons for their objection. Vendor qualification, compliance with B.C. laws and the ability to provide the same level and type of service, same quantities, at a lower cost and in the same timelines required by ICBC will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of vendor’s objections.
