Description

The City of Moose Jaw ("Moose Jaw") is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the Building construction at Westheath School Park, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan work set out in Schedule "A" – Work Requirements (the "Work").

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified contractor to enter into a Work Agreement with Moose Jaw for the performance of the Work. Further details about the Work required by Moose Jaw are set out in Schedule "A" – Work Requirements.

This RFP is not a tender and is not subject to the laws of competitive bidding. No bid contract or agreement is created by the submission of a proposal.

Moose Jaw expects to hold a mandatory site walk-through on June 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time) at NE corner of Westheath School Park, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. 11. If you are interested in attending the site walk-through, please advise Emily Mai by e-mail to procurement@moosejaw.ca by June 23, 2025, with the following information: a) name of representative(s) who will be attending; and b) questions the proponent would like addressed at the meeting.
