The City of Leduc seeks proposals from qualified IT Service Management (ITSM) partners to support the continuous improvement of our existing ITSM processes and to provide a managed subscription solution for a short-term ITSM platform. The selected partner will collaborate with the City to identify and address opportunities for enhancing our ITSM capabilities, ensuring that our processes align with industry best practices and effectively support the City’s service delivery objectives.
