Description

This RSO is issued by the Legislative Assembly to establish one or more Standing Offers (SOs) with vendor(s) for the supply of Bedding Plants (Annuals & Perennials).

The Legislative Assembly is seeking an initial term from August 1, 2025, through March 31, 2027, with the option of the Legislative Assembly to renew for up to three (3) additional one (1)-year terms.

The Goods identified in this RSO are to be provided on an as, if and when requested basis and no commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the number or value of Draw Downs that may be requested from the Offeror over the Effective Period.
