Description

The District of Clearwater invites tenders for the construction of the following project.

Road reconstruction along Murtle Road between Helmecken Street and Park Drive. A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities):

Approximately 1420m2 of existing asphalt and road gravel removal;
Approximately 1370m2 placement and compaction of road gravels;
- 75mm thickness 19mm MINUS GRANULAR BASE
Approximately 1395 m² supply and place 75mm hot mix asphalt;
Approximately 16 m of machine formed barrier curb and gutter
- c/w 100mm thickness 19mm MINUS GRANULAR BASE;
Approximately 25 m² concrete sidewalk;
- c/w 100mm thickness 19mm MINUS GRANULAR BASE;
Approximately 75m² Boulevard restoration;
Pavement marking;
Traffic Control

Proposals should be submitted online via the BC Bid Portal. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure receipt of all documents by the Owner’s Representative. Note that submitting on BC Bid requires Proponents to be registered for a Business BCeID. If Proponents do not have an existing Business BCeID they should begin the registration process early, as processing times can take a week or longer.
