ECSD is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to enter into an agreement for purchase and installation of window coverings at our newest school St. Josephine Bakhita Catholic Elementary/Junior High School. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
