Description

Tenders will be deemed received on the date and at the time stamped on the email to which the tender is attached by the Owner’s email server. Any tender attached to an email that is not actually received by the Owner’s email server will not be considered to have been received by the Owner, regardless of being sent by the proponent to the owner’s email address at publicbids@rockyview.ca.. To ensure that tenders are not rejected by the Owners email server, please ensure that attachments have an aggregate file size of 15 MB or less.

Bids will only be accepted from Prime Contractors that have been pre-qualified by the Owner through RFPQ 24-006 for this project. The Tender Documents submitted become the property of the Owner and will be retained by the Owner after the tender closing date.
