Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Kronos Canadian Systems Inc. for the provision of TeleStaff Cloud Software as a Service for the automated shift scheduling of firefighter staff.

As the owner of TeleStaff software, Kronos Canadian Systems Inc. is the only vendor that can provide the transition to TeleStaff Cloud software as a service.

TERM: Five (5) years, with an option to extend for four (4) successive one (1)-year term[s].

The contract is valued at approximately $613,354.80.
