This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective Trade Partners to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Major Trades Services for the Kamloops Arena Multiplex IPD Project as further described in Appendix C-RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C); Section A.
