Submissions submitted by email shall be deemed to be successfully received when displayed as new email in
the in-box of the District email address. The District will not be liable for any delay for any reason including
technological delays, issues by either party’s network or email program, emails not being accepted through the District security firewall and the District will not be liable for any damages associated with Submissions not received. If submitting by email, early submission is strongly recommended.

Hard Copy Quotes are to be clearly marked “RFQ #2025-07 2025 Mid-Size Pickup Truck
Purchase” in a sealed envelope and delivered to:
