Description

This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is a public invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to pre-qualified bidders to submit bids for the Construction to Modernize Bings Creek Recycling Centre, located at 3900 Drinkwater Road in Duncan, BC.

The scope includes construction of a new organics transfer building, expansion of the household hazardous waste building, roof upgrades to the existing waste transfer building, and site improvements.
