AB-2025-04680 - RFP 25-1637 Supply, Implementation, Maintenance and Support of a Police Officer Recruiting Software Solution​

The City of Calgary (The City), on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (CPS), is seeking Proponents to provide a commercial off-the-shelf Police Officer Recruiting Software Solution that aligns with CPS Recruiting process outlined in Reference A – Police Recruit Selection Standards Process Overview. The proposed solution will be used as the initial application platform for individuals embarking on a police officer career and an applicant tracking system (ATS) for the recruiting team. Proposed solution may be an on prem or cloud-based software solution. The solution is intended for the recruitment and hiring of one position only, police officers. This scope of work will be completed in three (3) phases:

• Phase 1 – Proof of Concept
• Phase 2 – Implementation of Proposed Software Solution
• Phase 3 - Ongoing Maintenance and Support of Software Solution

When applicable, The City may also purchase associated software upgrades and features that will work seamlessly with the proposed software solution. It is The City’s expectation that the successful Proponent will collaborate with CPS to ensure the proposed solution meets all operational needs. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication between awarded parties to ensure that any issues impacting CPS operations are addressed efficiently.
