Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Keyano College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Keyano College Meeting Room Upgrade Keyano College is upgrading selected meeting spaces into Microsoft Teams Rooms to support hybrid collaboration, improve internal communication, and offer modern facilities for community and corporate rentals. While six rooms have been identified for the initial rollout, additional rooms may be identified and upgraded in future phases based on strategic needs.
