PD26TFH003 - PD26TFH003 Planning & Recce - East Kootenay

Summary Details
The intent of this contract is to plan and recce forestry cut blocks and access roads using completed TCP maps, GIS Mapping and LiDAR Analysis.  Deliverables will include but are not limited to:  maps, shapefiles, recce reports, recommendations and financial analysis where required. These services will support subsequent layout and development that occurs via BCTS staff and multiphase contractors.  

Contract PD26TFH003 will target four specific operating areas that are named in Schedule A1.  Some operating areas have had substantial development in the past that will make forest development challenging due to economic, operational, environmental, and social complexities and other assessments and limitations.

All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.KootenayTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca.  Deadline for receiving questions is 12:00 pm on July 29, 2025.  If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by  July 30, 2025.
    
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
    
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
