Description

The Legislative Assembly is seeking submissions from experienced and preferably local, small construction contractors / companies to perform general contracting and renovation services on an “as-needed basis”. The may include commercial and office space renovations, repairs, replacements, and Services alterations to mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, minor structural and framing components, and finish carpentry work with fine woodworking and acoustic additions that are all within defined scope(s) of work.

** The due date for the initial intake is August 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM .**
