TENDER: T002-25 - Vanier Pedestrian Bridge Replacement
Sealed Tenders addressed to City of Bathurst, 150 St. George Street, Bathurst, N.B., E2A 1B5, Att: City Clerk and marked Tender T002-25 - Vanier Pedestrian Bridge Replacement will be received until 2:00 p.m. - August 21, 2025, at the City Clerk's Office.
This project consists of:
1. Removal of the existing pedestrian bridge and supply, installation and construction of a new pedestrian bridge supported by pile bents.
A Bid Bond and/or a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the total Tender is required with the submission.
The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022 78) shall apply to this tender.
Electronic versions of the bid documents may be obtained through the Purchasing Department, by email request to Guy.DeSilva@Bathurst.ca upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00.
This Tender will be opened publicly following the closing time in Council Chambers located at City Hall, 150 St. George Street.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Ce projet consiste en ce qui suit :
1. Enl vement de la passerelle pi tonne existante et fourniture, installation et construction d'une nouvelle passerelle pi tonne support e par des piles en pieux.
Chaque soumission doit tre accompagn e d'un bon de cautionnement ou d'un ch que certifi quivalant 10 % du montant total de la soumission.
La derni re version ainsi que les amendements des R glements de soumission de la Loi sur la passation des march s publics (2022-78) s'appliquent au pr sent appel d'offres.
