Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the
“District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Kinsmen Beach Playground, as
further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified supplier to design and install a new
playground at Kinsmen Beach Park, intended for children aged 5 to 12 years. The scope of work
includes the removal and proper disposal of the existing playground equipment and border,
followed by the installation of a new playground within the designated area.
