Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Services - Back Lane Design and Reconstruction, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Work, to successfully provide engineering services for back lane design and reconstruction and shall include, but not limited to, the following: Background document review Data collection Hydro-vac excavation and underground utility locates Liaise with utilities companies Geotechnical Investigation Survey Determine the extents of the back lane design and reconstruction program Design: Option review and analysis, 30% and 60%, IFT and IFC Cost estimate: 30% and 60%, IFT Tender Development Contract Administration Construction Management Field Inspections Post Construction Services
