.2 Landfill Cell 7 excavation and rough grading. Source separate and stockpile materials
.3 Landfill Cell 7 perimeter berm development.
.4 Decommissioning of monitoring wells by a qualified driller
.5 All associated works to meet the design intent of Cell 7 Phase I.
